$2 NLHE 6-max: SB vs BTN QQ calldown

Hello.
I got no inforamtion about BTN so i thought that he got a wide range so the flopfhalfpot bet i think was just an bluff cbet, turn blank card and the halfpot bet didn`t look so strong. The river T didn`t scard be cause i got the blockers so i thought i got a great bluffcather.

Was my thinking good or i shoul bet or rise somewhere?

I got a same hand but now its` SB vs UTG.
At the river I calculated wiht a range like 77+,22,AQs+,KQs,AQo+,KQo
So I got like 38% EQ. Is that enought to call a 3 barel?
I got no information about the other player.

I got only 4$ stack so i tryed to play very tight. Against BTN it was wrong not 3 bet, but agains UTG I don`t think so. As I sad i think he got a range like 77+,22,AQs+,KQs,AQo+,KQo at the river. Against i got like 28-30% EQ but I don`t know if that is enought.

Anyway next time I will use your advice and I will 3bet in this situations

amount of pure bluffs +worse pairs from MP1 (15% OPEN RANGE) It is too critical to justify the correctness of the easy call on the river

moreover There are 3 healthy barrel , 0 % balancing sizings

Not 3-betting puts you in a difficult spot when the overcard comes on the flop. I don't think calling the turn is a good play.
