Should I be afraid of a set/fullhouse/higher flush. or is it safe to bet for value?

Bet/fold or bet/call depending on reads if he overplays small flushes. Generallu bet/fold though, as he shouldn't be raising small flushes OTR when you have all boats and higher flushes in your range. He should not have full houses in his range much really, as top two + any set usually gets it in on the flop.

as Minh said sets/QT/Q3 raise flop a lot. It's definitely a bet, looking at stack sizes go all in.
It would be interesting if villain had 100+bbs and raised your river bet.. that would be a gross spot. I'm really happy about my hand here.
