Agree, you need to bet the flop on this board as Aces are definitely worth a value bet. Bet/fold the turn. I think I would fold the turn; however, as the J pairs the top card on the flop.
On the flop, I'm hoping Villian has AJ-QJ, T9s, 98s, AQ, KQ, or possibly QQ/AK (might 4-bet these PF). By the river, most of those hands are ahead, so now I don't really have any hands, aside from AQ/KQ, from the flop that I want him to have on the river, but I wouldn't expect him to have AQ based on line since that hand would probably be bet on turn following check/check. Because of this reasoning, I don't think I'd call the river as I don't expect a bluff or KQ 25% of time, as seventhsense pointed out.
