Tough one, you have at least 12 outs here. I would probably fold since you still have fold equity and without a good read on your opponent.

fold preflop. From MP ATo+ is ok. A9o is just a fold.
as played it's a check/call flop. what sense to bet on really wet board with your 3rd pair + fd ? are you happy vs a raise? probably not.

it's hard to judge the turn because hand is played bad from preflop but probably fold. Two pairs could just play call on flop what is pretty standard nowadays, sometimes even a set in multiway so your fd+trips can be already dead or almost dead. You probably have to fold on any blank river and when flush hits you are not happy either because board is paired, sometimes villain will show you even a straight flush. Hard spot but you created it.
