Boards so draw heavy that I'm probably playing it exactly the same way as you. Nothing we can do much, V can show up with a massive amount of combo draws, pairs, pairs + draws, etc.

Your line looks inconsistent. On the turn, your raise indicates you think your KK is good.

But if you think that on the blank turn, you must also have thought you were ahead on the flop, even after he check-raised. So why did you just call his check-raise?

cheers guys appreciate the replies,
@Arjonius i see what you mean about my line being inconsistent. If on a blank turn i think my over pair is good i should probably just re raise all in on the flop right.

my thought process was to call once and on a blank turn just get it all in. would it be the correct play to get it in on the flop?

@Henreiman cheers for input bro, yeah i was kinda hoping he had some sort of pair and draw hand.

Whether you think you're ahead or behind isn't everything. The first thing to ask yourself is how likely you feel it is that you're ahead on the flop after he CRs you. Then, what's his likely range and how does your hand fare against it?

As an artificial example, let's say that on the flop, you think you're ahead 60% of the time even after his CR, and that you estimate you're a 3:2 favorite vs his range. Then let's say that the 40% of the time you're behind, you're a 9:1 dog. Does this look like a spot where you should be eager to get it in?

You can fiddle with the numbers; it's the underlying principle of thinking about more than just ahead / behind that matters.
