I've wondered myself if it works to deposit money into a site and collect the deposit bonus, and once you have cleared it, withdraw the money and deposit onto another site... aka bonus whoring... Does this work? And if it does, is there anything special I should know before attempting this? I've been playing on a single site for the longest time, and now i have 3 sites registered... I also have enough money to spread it out over many different sites, as i didn't before. Comments/Suggestions?

Yeah clear your bonuses leave it in the site but take out your initial deposit and play off the winnings! So called whoring is a good idea if you are a decent player but I would not recomend playing specifically for bonus money I look at the bonuses as icing on the cake! Having said that the strategy outlined on the site you are refering to does work just make sure you sign up through cardschat :)

So what sites have bonuses that are easy to clear and what sites have bonuses that are impossible to clear? I guess I should just read the fine print on the websites, but I figure maybe someone has a few suggestions! BTW Nick, you need to add a list for reload bonuses... it's said "coming soon" since i've been a part of this community. :)

I've only deposited on 3 sites, but here's my view.
#1 clearing a bonus at absolute seemmed imposible, you have to have so many points it's ridiculous.
#2 Clearing at Ultimate bet was a little more simple because you can use your ultimate points to reedem. You can get ultimate points by playing play tables.
#3 pokerstars is my favorite and in my opinion is the easiest to make your frequent player points, but they don't always offer a bonus.
Hope this helped a little.

I always wondered about this as well. I had a pending bonus at paradise and cleared this in the space of 2 hours playing, but then i deposited 120 at stars just to have a game of $2-$4, and by chance they had a reload bounus on at the time, so i was getting a bonus of $30. Cleared it less than an hour, with a load of profit to boot !!!!

I only have a couple hundred bucks, but i'm broke right now. So a deposit is impossible right now. What i have right now is all profit and i intend on keeping it that way, im playing super conservative...

Deposit bonuses vary greatly from easy to virtually impossible to clear. For starters I like pacific poker's bonus they credit to you immediatelly you just have to wager 20x the amount to withdrawal it. Most of the Prima sites have relatively easy wager requirements. 2 of the ones that are very difficult are FullTilt and Titan/Noble. party poker's deposit bonus have very fair wager requirements as well.

InterPoker has 5 points per dollar of bonus, with 1 point for each $1 raked pot, and 0.25 points for $0.25-$0.99 raked pots. At lower limits, this makes the full bonus pretty slow to clear (you can get up to a $90 deposit bonus each month but thats 450 $1 raked hands), and no bonus clears until you have all the points needed, which is a little harsh.
If you want to play low stakes and get a bonus relatively quickly, then it may be worth looking at the likes of Ladbrokes and william hill, with their hourly bonuses. There is a site BonusWhores.com which covers the subject pretty well.

I'd recommend checking out the offers and looking for sites which clear the bonus quickly, rather than offering the biggest bonuses.

Just checked, and it looks like it's just William Hill offering the hourly bonus... Ladbrokes has a 25% bonus that clears when you've staked as much as you deposited, which I suspect would be faster than some of the other sites, unless you play a very tight game.
