Just watched up to episode 4 of this... I was a bit sceptical of it when it first came out as it came across as a bit gimmicky, but they have quite a good selection of players and it can be a fun format when it is used right.
For example, episode 4 was the best so far and had the likes of Ike Haxton, Elky, Antonio Esfandiari and Bill Perkins to liven things up. I think when you look at it from an entertainment perspective and not a poker perspective it is an okay show when given the chance.
Obviously I would still prefer an original High Stakes poker show with no gimmicks and Gabe Kaplan as a commentator, but nothing really compares to that.
