Play was halted so that a few announcements could be made. Dealers sat still, no action on the floor. Players were instructed not to leave the playing area upon being eliminated without an escort to the payout area. After this, floor managers were asked to get into position. Then it was declared that 865 players remain and the crowd erupted with applause (and so did some of the short-stacked players). The final announcement was delivered enthusiastically: "Shuffle up and deal!""

What did the bubble pay?

Last year it was a free entry to this year.

With the round by round structure the bubble (this year) probably got a cut of some cash (not much more than their money back though)

Just through:- $10616 for the bubble eliminations

In the 15 minutes after the bubble burst, 140 people were eliminated and play was halted to allow the cash outs to catch up. There were 40 people in line to cash out.

Sure was alot of "internet qualifiers" hanging on for grim death.

I see in Nobles interview with Stars that he said he was going to steal every blind, and looks like quite a few let him
