If you do this with these, then any mention of any game played anywhere whether passworded or otherwise will fall into that grey area.
PS's intent here is to gather folks interested in PS, and maybe , if such a person exists, PS historians. They set it up so that one has to search for many of the answers, or to have blundered on it somehow, and still remember where they blundered on it.
In yesterdays case, I made an honest attempt to find that pw before I posted that question. I was actually hoping I would be able to tell others the PW when they failed to find that illusive trivial fact.
I still think the bigger issues is whether or not this is a community, or is it more like a insider/private chat room or semi public blog?
I see a clear distiction for example about posting another forums PW here, or posting the pw's from here there. But these PS trivia freerolls are so totally different.
As for the 'promoting a commercial site rule'. CC is already in cahoots with PS, and ,I'm guessing here, part of those cahoots are to avoid anti PS posts where appropriate. I could be so far off the mark here but common sense suggests good taste prevail.
When you invoke the 'admin/mod decissions are final' rule, along with the 'I'm the mom, thats why' argument, my response ends up being something along the lines of ....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......
