is it just me or does anyone else think alot of the pro bounty tourneys to be a joke.I played in one sunday night $3.5k guarantee $1 buy in on Absloute I open the tbls that the pros were on to watch them while i played and very first hand one pro is all in with rags preflop and in early position she went out then few hands later another pro was all in everyone called and he sucked out on them giving him a huge chip stack then about 30 mins later preflop same pro raised half his stack got called by the chip leader flop came AKQ rainbow he raised half what he had left got reraised all in by the chip leader and he called turned over a K5 the chip leader turned over AJ and the pro of course lost now do pros really call all in with K5 or even raise half stack and a over card plus straight draw on the board maybe in heads up finial table but in the first hour of a tourney I see them in WSOP and WPT throw K5 away soon as they look at it reguraly as for the other pros they all blinded out i never saw any of them call a hand Most everyone gets in them to get there bounty and also have the chance which is slim to even play with a pro_Only site ive seen a pro actually play is Doyles Room Todd Pam and Doyle Bruson Hoyt Corkins Mike Caro and the others will play you hard for a $27 buy in and also will talk to you like any other player answer any questions you have even if ur a observer I guess the diff between a good Pro Bounty on AP UB Tlt and stars is all in the buy in it was only $1 buy in for sunday nites bounty on AP/UB poker i guess to get the pros to play it has to be 200 or more. I know $1 isnt much but its the principle of it.IF there a pro then they should play like one not like they played that tourney If they play like that in live poker im sure its alot of us want to know how they got the title pro.

playing in a dollar tourney is a huge waste of their time. I think it is a good idea to get them to play with the micro players but I dont blame them for not wanting to. Even if they spend 6 hours and take first, what was the point? a couple hundred dollars? that is literally nothing. If you want to actually play with them then you are going to have to put up some real cash.

when they are playing a tournament for a buy in of one dollar they are not going to take the game seriously as they wont stand to gain much and in reality it is only a waste of their time

I understand that micro tourneys is a waste of time for them but they are the ones who took money from the websites for sponsorship and aware ahead of time of the games they will be playing in and im sure what there paid to play in a tourney is probally more then what the micros pay out. They are there to draw more players to buy in if there gonna loose on purpose they should try to do it with a little dignity but thats my personal opnion i know you guys are right as well thanks for the feedback good luck at the tables

The best players in any "sport" hate loosing no matter what. If you're a real "pro" you will be professional. Not showing up for an event you are contracted to is unprofessional. It's the same as a celeb/author showing up for an autograph session late and leaving early. It's weak. These "pro bounties" are not for the pros they are for the other players.

On the other hand...when the buy-in is so low and everyone is playing rags b/c the "pro" is in the pot and there is a bounty on him/her makes the game unrealistic.
