Pokertracker Support A+!

So, When I bought pokertracker3 3 months ago, I got the free Table tracker with it. It was only free for the first month and $24.95 for every month there after.

Before the first month was up, I put in a cancellation request. Never got an error message, so I assumed it went through.

Fast forward to today, I was going through my bank statement and it turns out I had been getting charged for Table tracker for the last three months.

I fired off an e-mail earlier today to support telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription for good and explained how I was still being charge.

Just got an e-mail back and the informed me that they had had problems with the cancellation requests during the time that I sent mine. So they are refunding all three months as I had never used the service during that time.


On the other end, I had bought Holdem manager and had to fight to get my money back after they hadn't sent my confirmation code for a week.

Unsure if Pat is still running PokerTracker, but he has ALWAYS been completely fair and right on top of things. Always.

I moved to Hem because once I got a new computer I was never able to use my PT again and support was not helpful at all. They never even bothered to respond to my last email. I guess it is different for everyone depending on their issue.

TBH the PT forums are really good, any question posted is usually answered by a moderator in under 24hrs.

PT has awesome support. I have not tried HEM yet cause I am still doing my PT trial however base on the support PT has provided I think I will be getting it when my trial is over.

i read on another forum that these are elligal ??? any of these programs. but if so why are they allowed on FT (that's about the only site i play on.)
i haven't tried them yet because of it and now i'm really not sure if i want to. i'd hate to put all my faith in them and reley on them to find later that they'll be taken away.

You are confusing them with bots.
