If your client do not work and this error appears. I solved this problem as follows:
Start menu - Command line - %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
Save 2 notes files. After that you need deleted folder pokerstars. Run the program to make sure it works. Close the program. And return the notes to where you copied them. The lobby settings are lost. Because when I tried to insert the lobby settings file, the same error occurred. If someone knows the path easier, please describe here for other users.
