Which poker star would make the best movie star

:deal: I always wondered with the rising popularity of poker in America, i was wondering when our poker giants make that jump to the big screen. Im thinking Patrick Attonious becuase he use to be a model, use to being in front of the camera. Maybe Phil Ivey, hmmm what does everyone else think?

I don't know which one would make the best,but if you ever seen that movie lucky you,I know it isn't going to be sam farha.
Mike matusow would probably make a good onw though.

You know i can see daniel negreanu doing some acting ,but he would have to star in a broke poor kid from nothing to where he is now.that would be something to see .

The best story is probably Scotty Nguyen. He went from almost eating his brother (due to starvation on an illegal immigration boat) to the wsop ME winner (and $50k HORSE winner).

I just dont see any of them like movie stars...but i'm sure many of them would have been great actors...they allready are at the poker tables

^ this. I can totally see him in a Guy Ritchie movie or something. Though they'd have to get him to stop dressing like a 15 year old and go back to his suits and knuckle dusters.

And LOL @ the talk about Negreanu in Wolverine. He had a two second non-speaking cameo, where he used his epic acting skills to convince the world that he was... a poker player. Seriously, LOL.

I want to see Chris Ferguson in a western. He fit right in with the Tombstone posse.

I would go with Howard Lederer the Teacher in a remake of that crappy movie "21". Mike the Mouth in a movie about drug use and Doyle as a cowboy in a "Tombstone" type of movie. (he would be the guy sitting at the table in the bar playing poker. lol)
