On the relationship between mood or mental state and quality of the game say very rare, although they are important factors for success. I also faced with problems of this nature. If you are prone to bouts of depression, then you have the opportunity to reassess the impact of such a condition on the quality of the game and you may be to defer this activity until again take control of emotions in their hands.
Mood swings - the usual things for any of us. Most often, depression is associated with life's setbacks and a sense of loneliness. Your mental state has a greater impact on the quality of the game, than it might seem at first glance. Bad days happen at all, and I am no exception. In such bad times I can have five or ten bad beats / coolers in a short time, and I lose control after the third move. All of these factors undoubtedly affect the ability of decision-making and increase the likelihood of errors.
It is therefore very important time to understand their condition before the session begins. Do not resort to extremes, and cancel the session only due to the fact that you have a bad mood today. I believe that much more aware of the problem and work to resolve it before the game: just select ten minutes of meditation or visualization. Take time out, work on breathing exercises - it will radically change your mood.
Cross your legs, close your eyes and take a deep breath for as long as your lungs are filled with oxygen. Then exhale slowly. Repeat this exercise 50 times. As an added element you can listen to relaxing Buddhist mantras by Thai monks.
You have trouble remaining objective and preventing your emotions, mood and physiological influences from infiltrating the objectivity of your poker play. You should know that you are not alone. Most poker players suffer from the same afflictions, but fortunately you can take steps to lessen the frailties of this human condition. Let’s start now.
I will begin by being objective even though I do have a vested interest in the potentially inspiring effect of this article. You will probably never stop tilting. At some point in time in some hand, you will tilt. In remaining objective though I can tell you that you can, with effort, drastically reduce the frequency and severity of your tilt. The question is.....

re: Poker & Poker and mood
Very good advice about the meditation and breathing but when we have a period of variance, one must pass play at low limits and refresh some theory. Besides relaxing. I particularly take it to distract poker.

I don't want be too much like a robot. Because when you are trying too much be all the time OK (means calm and patient for best game), that implies less joy from winning. We all play because we like to win of course, but when times of downswing or badbeat occur, one's trying too much stay not over reacted, not over emotive; that means to become numb to good times also. Because for brain is bad emotion similar like good emotion in meaning of chemical processes (I guess).
