Poker.com - report a poker software fault, get $10?

Jimbo told me that if I report a glitch on bodog to poker.com, i would get $10 in reward added to my account lol

Anyone got the details?

I don't think it's really something they promise but I've reported 3 glitches and got $10 each time

Had one where it wouldn't let you bet in Pot limit after someone was all-in

Another with a tourney not paying what it said

And 1 where it wouldn't sit-out after I clicked the button.

Does it have to be an actual glitch? Or can it be something that I personally don't like and think of as a design flaw?

Wow.

IMO, the only thing nice about bodog is that it is fast. Other than that, the whole site is a glitch in the graphically nice online poker world. Or would that be a speed bump?
