I just wanted to get some opinions of my numbers for June. I guess they look OK, but I think I could do better. I'm still trying to get my VP$IP up, but my aggression seems good. Is my BB/100 hands any good? All comments welcome.

And what's up with this variance? Those seem like some pretty big ups & downs for the stakes I'm playing. Could this be from waiting on the "big hand" (way up when I win it & way down when I lose it) OR is this just normal luck? Or somehting else?

Your won at showdown is a bit low. Calling too loosely probably. Should be 60%+. Also, not raising enough preflop. <10% is very passive. Since your VPIP is <20%, you should have a good enough image (I know, at these levels maybe not as important) and SHOULD be raising more preflop when you enter pots. Are you cold calling a lot of raises? Try re-raising more. Get agro, my man!

raise more preflop!!!!

if your hand is strong enough to enter a pot, it should be strong enough to raise the pot.

dont worry about your vpip, you may just not be getting the cards. If you stress over this you are going to enter pots when you really shouldnt just to get your vpip up.

Don't have access to my stats from this computer, but we're at the same site, same levels.

My own VP$IP is higher than I'd like, around 26, partly because my VP$IP is over 50 from the SB. At these levels limping from the SB with limpers ahead is working for me, but it's not something I recommend.

My total aggression is about the same as yours, but that's after dropping off lately. I'd like to get mine back up higher.

And my BB/100 is just over 10, down from an unsustainable 23 earlier in the month, so my net $ is around the same as yours for June even though I've played 1/4 as many hands. I think 10 is unsustainable long run but we'll see.

I disagree with your assessment, the VP$IP is ok, but the aggression factor is bad. Raise more PF, take control of the hands, make the other guy have to make the tough decisions. Your post flop play seems ok, but the showdown win% is a little low so maybe you are making some loose river calls.

*disclaimer* at the low level games, it actually pays off to play passive sometimes as you will get paid off on monsters. From a 'playing good poker' standpoint, increase the PF aggression, in reality though sometimes not playing correctly is more profitable.

The numbers are okay - "steal more" and "raise more preflop" would be the only two very general things I would suggest.

Posting position stats might help a little more.

If your Won $ at Showdown is 60%+ you are being bluffed to easily on the river. It should be between 50-60%

Basically what everyone else is saying is correct, raise more preflop and be more aggressive postflop
