MTT Camraderie

Do you ever play in long MTT tournaments and end up playing with a guy/girl for a lot of the tournament and end up rooting for them (except in hands with yourself)?

This bond that forms after making it through the chess match and mines-field that is Multi-Table-Tournament poker.

Yes I get this alot because i like to chat. This happens a lot as the final table approaches and you are the only 2 that have been together a long time.

It all depends on how the play and how they treat me. If they are constantly being aggressive towards me, then I want them out, as aggression is hard to play against in later stages, if they're nice and passive, then I want them to come along for the ride

I definitely understand where your coming from. On many of my deep runs I have found myself hoping players make it with me to the final table. This does not change the way I play against them, but if its them or another guy I would rather them make it.
