How exaclty do you go about doing this????

Is there a program that you download that records your screen or table????

I have never read or heard about how to do it.....the funny thing is i thought of a way before because i have a camera and video cam on top of my mac so i was thinking about setting it against a mirror and then record then edit commentary later but it would all be backwards help please.....ill probably google some info tooo!

yeah I just wrote a tutorial about video compression too. Between the Mishman guide (how to capture) and mine (how to properly compress) you'll be a pro. The best program out there is Camtasia Studio, it has a 30 day free trial.

I just google'd and found This Program easy to install and I recorded within seconds.

woah thanks a lot im trying it out now download was fast...ill let you know how it goes when i record vids and show them on theforum in the video section!!

made my first video with that program just now in a 10$ heads p i had a bad suckout inthe beggining so i dont think ill be showing it...althog it seems a bit slow....cant complain though...

I would definatly recomend camtasia studio! Its the best software I have seen/used for this sort of thing!
