M-Zone range of hands

Does anyone know where I can find a list/chart of hands I should be playing and/or pushing with in an MTT or SNG with my current M-Zone?

Thanks.

Usually I play super tight with an M above 20, then loosen up slightly with an M between 10 and 20. With an M between 5 and 10, loosen up greatly. Raise in late position with hands like king ten, queen nine, jack ten. With an M less than 5, you are depsperate. If my M were 4.5, I would still fold hands like ace 2 offsuit in middle or early position. If you're M is less than 3, you are in late position, and its folded to you, go all in with anything except 2 low unpaired cards. Try to steal the blinds of stacks with Ms between 7 and 15, because they will be more cautious than a small stack or big stack.

Yeah, I'd like to see a chart also about specific hands to play. There's some tough decisions to make as your M is in the less than 10 range.

Here's a little nugget I just found with a little google searching. Is this the sort of thing you were looking for? Formatting of the c/p sucks, so I tried to clean it up.

Zone---------M-Range-----Strategy
Green--------20+----------You are comfortable. Play different styles and make all sorts of moves taking more risks within reason.

Yellow-------10 to 20------Stop conservative play. Don't play small pairs or small suited connectors.

Orange-------6 to 10-------No complex moves. No re-raising unless you hold very strong cards. Aggressive pre-flop play with small pairs and suited connectors.

Red----------1 to 5------ Only All-in bets to win pots and Blinds. When your M < 3, All-in is mandatory with any cards but the worst (7,2 or 2,3).

Dead-------- < 1 ---------Move All-in before the Blinds arrive no matter what cards you're holding.

Well, I was looking for a specific hand chart for each M-Zone, but this will work just fine.

Thank you.
