Elezra, Harmon, and Jamie Gold acting a fool and rude as hell to pHIL hELLMUTH ABOUT TAKING A MINUTE TO MAKE HIS MOVE (WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE CORRECT AGAINST fARHA'S AK MISS). Oops sorry for the caplock. But that guy is an ass. Surprised Phil didn't rip him a new one, cuz he had it coming, and seems Phil would be a natural - but he was TOO well-behaved.

Usually go on to type out a sentence or 2 without looking at the screen, or I would use the backspace. Yes, I look at my 2 fingers until I take a break, and at that point, don't feel like correcting a not-too-obnoxious but long typo.

I think he is just trying to fit in and seem more comfortable than he really is. He realizes that others like to pick on Phil so he hops on board.

I really watch very little poker on TV, especially where it's that 1 table in a room.

They like to pick on him, but it usually seems in good fun. This incident was almost identical to the one where Sean Sheikhan is taunting him while Phil is in a hand w/Annie Duke, and trying to get everyone to shut up. It had to be maybe 15 seconds tops before Gold started in. Looked for a clip on youtube. I found the game, but not this hand. Phil had 99 and ht 2 or 3 undercards and called Sammy's semi-bluff and won. But it had the potential to turn real ugly. Phil is the last guy I'd wanna mess with here. But he pretty much ignored Gold. It was this game, but not this hand... YouTube- Phil Hellmuth and Sam Farha - $213.000 incredible pot!

I din't watched the episode but if it is so then Phil should have telled Jamie Gold " shut the **** up !" ..Helmuth have proven 100x times that he is 1000X more of a player than luckbox Jamie Gold

Ive never liked Jamie Gold. Since he won the Main Event in 07 and absolutley ran over everyone he has kinda had that little smart ass smirk to him. Sammy Farha is the man

I haven't seen him play much, but seems a very classy guy. A quick wit, good-natured sarcasm, an easy laugh, and always keeps his cool - at least what I've seen. And agree, Gold has this air of superiority and condescension.

I am prejudiced against guys who became rich not playing poker, playing poker. I'm not proud of it. Jamie Gold is one of those.

Farha is definitely an entertaining player and a gentleman but I just can't imagine him being a winning player. This, plus in the last season of HSP the players mention that they miss Sammy (he's not playing). Why would he quit if he wasn't broke?

But on HSP, they must get paid something for just showing up & being televised, no? Maybe not as much as the real money they lose. Maybe he quit because Jamie Gold rubbed him the wrong way. But seems he only plays the big money events.

Jamie Gold is a jerk.. but that's his MO I guess, he hasn't really done anything noteworthy recently and I'm not surprised. He made some good plays at the WSOP and then... nothing.

I've always thought hes a douchebag of a person...or maybe its just how he is at the tables...remember watching him on ESPN on the WSOP and hating him more than i disliked Mike the mouth Matasow

I always like someone who handles themselves well at the tables. How many really great players have to trash talk? Ivey, Antonius, Dwan, Hansen, Harmon, Lederer, Duke, Brunson, Elky, etc, etc then look at the mouthy ones, Gold, Hellmuth, Matasow, I know who I would rather play like.
