iPoker question

Why are there so many players, on the iPoker network, with the name TTR followed by a load of numbers?

I'm thinking that it's maybe because they are from Korea or something and don't use the same letters as us in the Western world. Could anyone shed some light on this please?

It is because they have not chosen a screen name, and therefore the network`s computer assigns them one.

The computer is lacking in imagination, and it always assigns one which consists of a series of letters indicating the portal through which they joined (I think TTR is Titan), followed by a number.

TTR is the most common prefix, probably because Titan is the largest site on the network, but if you play there long enough you will see others too. For example VC (for Victor Chandler) is also fairly common.

I am a Chinese . I don't know whether you have seen players called "DDRXXXXX"which stands for DAFA Poker (mainly for Chinese player)player. Egon Towst is right,That's because they don't choose a screen name.But I think TTR stands for Titan Poker,BTR stands for BET365 Poker——they all belong to IPOKER.
Maybe it's not right,I wanna hear your opinion

if you go to your account page you should be able to see you account number and it will also begin with TTR @ Titan, CPR @ CDPoker etc.
