Does anyone have any influence over the ignorant lazy clowns at fulltilt that could get them off their collective asses and have them answer my email. i am locked out of my account now and they won't respond to my many inquiries. Help someone.:(:(:(

Ok , I worked around with another account and i am in now as scrapiron mcgee, don't laugh it was short notice.:p:pDon't foresee a problem unless i want to cash out. What a poor support they have.

Move to stars. Fulltilt is an absolute piece of s**t. I cant believe so many people still play there.

^^ i agree with move to stars but ftp is not that bad of a site, and there must be something that u did to have them lock ur account (probably have multiple accounts, like the one u just created)

FT support

has been quite responsive to my trouble with their site lagging, and refresh problems. But they also have not fixed the problem yet.

Right now, I wouldn;t put a nickel of my money there.

I've had no trouble what so ever at UB, my standard!

Read the post about hijacked passwords mine was hijacked. It was a terrible experience and i have been worried about my bank account ever since. Just a little understanding from full tilt was all i was looking for but to be totally ignored for two days is way to much. I sent them at least a half a dozen emails with no response. I was initially given instructions stating i may have to open a new account. and told to send them my new name and email address using the same email address i always used. But that did not work as i was told by their server to contact support that my email address was already in use. That was the last thing i ever heard from them. They really suck.

Its been a week for me and 2 emails to support. They have not responded to me at all.

Well i finally got a response the morning. I am back to my old name with a new password. and all is well. But support must just punch a clock and go home at five on friday.:p:p
