I have checked out many training sites, I like pokerzion because they have some good training courses that are not videos. I checked out pokervt, but most of the pros there don't participate in there forum.
I don't know how much watching vids would help compared to the money spent on the site.
I am looking for some help in MTT and most sites are cash and sng strong.
I am willing to pay for a good coach. (base + %)
any suggestion welcome

Post a few hands. You'll get a lot of useful advice for free, and posting hands is the single best thing I've done to improve my game.

Coaches are expensive, and while the advice they give you is supposedly phenomenal, unless you're playing fairly high, you can often get advice that's just as effective for cheaper.

Also, what sort of bankroll management scheme are you using? Playing stakes from $1-$75 SnG's and 25c/50c-1/2 cash games is really odd...

Man just play as much poker as you can and you will learn from your mistakes, i dont think it is necessary to go out and pay for a coach, but thats just me..
