How to play your free 50 Dollar

I just signed up for the free 50 on ultimate.

What is the best way to play with it?
I guess start on the lowest levels and work your way up....
And Sit & go's or Cashgames

Like to know your strategy...

if it was me, id play 10$ cash games. or 5$ sng's and mtt's.
