At the levels you play, it's generally not a great idea to focus on your win rate. It'll be tiny even if you're winning at all, and thus discouraging. When I started, the micros were even softer and there was a lot more freeroll money out there. But I still remember when my winnings were counted in cents per hour, not dollars per hour.
The thing to focus on, then and still now, is improving your game. The first first target is to simply to become above average compared to the opponents at the level you currently play. This will make you a small winner. Then, as you continue to improve, you'll be able to win more at that level, then move up...
And until you get to where you're playing for meaningful money, focus on enjoying the game. Yes, it's more enjoyable to make money and to make more money. But concentrating on your roll doesn't make it grow (faster). Getting better does.
