Is there actually going to be a HORSE game there? they probably won't show it on TV...

anyway, i imagine it would be a limit structure where the game changes every hour or two hours or whatever they decide.

hope that answers your question, and i hope i get to see it.

E = Eight or better (either omaha or stud) .... i guess....

Actually the HORSE event had been played at WSOP since 2002. John Hennigan was the champion, and next year Doyle Brunson won his 9th bracelet there.

E is Eight or better stud.

But get this. The buy in $50,000! Biggest in WSOP history.

You got to wonder if the winner of this event might truly be considered the World Champ, even if it isn't a main event. Looks like it might be the ticket for the old pros like Cloutier and Brunson and guys like Negreanu that are all around players.

At $50K per head they could have 1/5 the players of the main event but the same prize pool. And with fewer players they probably won't pay as deep so those who do finish in the money could do really well. I'll be interested to see who enters this tournament and whether online sites offer sattelites or more Horse tournaments.
