Well this might be a dumb and obvious question, I just got Holdem Manager a week ago and have my HUD configured alright and functional. However, for some reason it does not keep track of my sessions at all and I don't understand why? I have the small stakes version but I didn't think that would impact this feature. When I click on the cash games tab theres nothing there for sessions, is there something I need to set up? Thanks.

Have you set your poker alias?

Did you configure your auto-import folder correctly?

Are you making sure to start the import process by going to the IMPORT tab and selecting "Start Auto Import"?

Are you making sure your "Table Manager" is seeing the tables you are at?

Table manager responds correctly, recognizing all tables as well as displaying correct HUD options. Hand history shows up in the right folders according to the configuration instructions. And yes I hit auto-import before I start each session. Also the alias I just typed in my user name for stars and added it to the list, didn't see any further options for that?

.10/.25, and Ive logged about 30 hours of play since I've had the program, not one single session recorded...makes it kinda tough to analyze my play :p

Check your filters. Check your auto-import folders. Check your alias. Just check everything. Try a manual import from your HHs folder.

Or better yet, try the folks who know the most about HEM.
