Any sites out there offer this option?

For those unfamiliar: if you are attempting to come in on the sb or between the bb and sb (new player or player who missed a blind), you can usually post both blinds (no one else posts, sb is 'dead'), and get the button the next hand. Blinds continue as if nothing happened, no one misses a blind (s or b).

It has been called a 'perfect rule'.

It can't be that hard to program... do any sites offer it?

Can someone 'splain this straddle thing to me?

From what I think I understand, it is like a consensus 3rd, and bigger blind.

at, for instance, $1/2 utg would have the option of creating a 3rd live blind that is $4. $3/6 would become $3/6/9. helps to open up a nitty table by getting more money into the pot preflop.

Wingows poker has some cool options. You can straddle and chop the pot in the middle of hands. And poker.com lets you rabbit and muck just one of your cards.
I think all sites should have theese features.
