Well I am thinking that it would be great to do this and I want to put the work into it to get it done, but I don't know when the free rolls for money are ever done. Do they have a set schedule? I have an account at both poker stars and full tilt but I cant seem to find many free rolls that are not restricted for signing up. And the ones that are are satellites for some other tourney. now I am in Japan so my times are quite a bit different from the people in the states. I am almost a full day ahead of you. Well 13 hours ahead of east coast time. So noon on the east coast is 1:00 AM here. Makes my playing that much more difficult because if I want to play in the evenings, like I usually do, then i have to find tourneys or free rolls that are running in the mornings. See my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easiest way to "build" a bankroll online is to get a job and deposit.

Try it!

Freerolls on ft are evry hour, try them, I started with $0 got $5-6 from freerolls, played the $1 sit-n-gos now for a few months with a few higher stakes mixed in and am at $250 right now.

Try it, it does take patience, though.

Where are you seeing these? I see some free rolls but they are not every hour and I have only found one I could play in because all the pothers are restricted to players from other countries. I am in Japan but I am an american. Does being here exclude me from seeing the american freerolls?

Make sure that your filters show all games. Some of the freerolls are other than NLHE. Some are HORSE, stud, FLHE, Omaha, etc...

Good luck building your bankroll. It can be done, but it can also be very frustrating as the first few times you get a little bit of money in your account, you will probably lose it. Even Chris Ferguson had some set backs.

They are not running in the mornings stateside/evenings in Japan. It is hard to build a bankroll from nothing on these sites, even if there were freerolls in the mornings. The freerolls onStars are more than 10k people with 27 places winning a tourney seat. Not even sure I would ever try that. I have built a bankroll somewhat on Cake poker. They have freerolls in the morning that pay 7 places to a tourney on Saturday early afternoon. In that tourney, almost half of the players don't show up, so if you win a seat there is a good chance of cashing. That is how I have made my bankroll. Won $13 and have built if to $170 so far and counting...

Building a bankroll at pokerstars is challeging due to the large number of entrants, so I would advise you to check out Carbon Poker where they have a $50 freeroll every 4 hours with a limit of 1500 players. As well you can enter the Cardschat freerolls under the private tab!

THink about trying other sites. There is a $500 freeroll twice a day on bodog first place takes 120. I have won that one and built a good bankroll before withdrawing all for free good luck at any rate with your plan.

From the freerolls you must build your bankroll, also from the bonus of the rooms you can begin.
in pokerstars and ftp you find great freerolls

This is exactly what I was going to suggest. I have never won in the top ten places or anything, but three or four dollars here and there adds up. After I got to around ten dollars I started to play the $2.20 sngs and it's been fairly easy to build up my bankroll ever since. They also let you keep your winnings even if you've never made a deposit. Seems to me like this might be the best option, freeroll-wise.

I'm currently doing this at Doyles's Room, and since June 2008, have built the bankroll so far to over $200.00
You can check out my progress on my blog, just visit my website and look for the blog link at the bottom of the page.
