Sadly, as of 1/25/07, no more bottomless bonuses from bodog. I remember the good old days when the bonus was a bottomless 20% - hopefully they'll have reload bonus on a regular basis...yet another bonus-whoring site gone from me.

Hey to be the 1 to break it too ya but Bodog is nolonger gonna have that reload Bonus (over in 20days)...They are complaining/// that they did not mind in the past but they are unfortunatly/(so they say)/ un able to accumulate the free money they have done in the past to share w/ their customers...I think it's because bush is taxing them like crazy so they say and don't want to get stuck paying taxes on the money they r giving away...Which i don't see how...Seeya around...Brandon

Bush isnt taxing them, Bodog is an offshore company. The reason they are stopping the bonuses is because everything is going to be more expensive now. When a player makes a withdrawl, they will have to mail a check now instead of a free EFT. So, its still the fault of the US politicians, but not because of Bush taxing them.

This is the message they sent me:

Important Service Announcement: Reload Bonus

Matt, get your 10% Reload Bonus before Tuesday.
Bodog is committed to providing you with a range of deposit options that offer flexibility, convenience and choice.
Over the years we were able to keep our deposit and withdrawal transaction costs extremely low and pass the savings on to our players in the form of reload bonuses. The unfortunate events of last week mean those low-cost providers have left the US market and the options that remain are expensive, labor intensive or both. It was a very tough decision to make, but rather than pass on the higher fees to our players, we have decided to remove reload bonuses while continuing to offer free deposits and withdrawals. We will continue to monitor the situation and add new payment solutions to make the process easier and faster for players like you.
Effective Tuesday, January 30th reload deposits will no longer qualify for a 10% bonus. Deposits made before then will still qualify for the 10% bonus, so be sure you get them in to your account before Tuesday. Please view our Deposit page for a list of our current deposit methods, or call us at 1-888-263-0000 for deposit assistance.
We will continue to offer comps for casino play, rebates in the Racebook, Poker Points and overlays in the poker room and we will also be lowering the thresholds where fees are covered for many of the deposit and withdrawal options. Our Refer-A-Friend bonus is still in effect, and with the Super Bowl approaching, now is a good time to refer your friends. Refer your friends today.
