I have been a Bluff subscriber but am not renewing. I am sickened by the pornographic ads and the articles by pros that glorify hot babes and lots of liquor. I picked up a card player in a casino recently and was delighted to see that ads for the same casinos are not porn laced in that magazine. and that is what I will subscribe to from now on. Bluff thinks sex sells, well, not to me. I think poker players can be moral family men and women

I prefer "Poker Player" mag. It's not as glitzy as the others, but it's got like, 10 times the info without the din of the usual rags.
The web version is pretty cool, but the hard copy is excellent. You want to know where a tourney is? Any tourney? This is the one.

Ugh, I wish my local cardroom had free poker magazines. But I myself have been thinking of subscribing to CardPlayer because there is usually the most quality articles online. But every time I go to the bookstore and look at the poker magazines (not just CardPlayer) they turn out to be really shy on good articles, mostly just "fluff" pieces.
