wow that was a good fold folding a full house against a bigger full house. A good read by that player.

Maybe I'm just ignorant but I really don't see how that was a hard/good fold.. Seems more like an obvious fold to me also if you watch how they played from the start.

The board is A J K 10 10.. come on??

Maybe that is just me.

I agree, if hes been sitting there with that guy for quite a while, it just shows that hes great at picking up on players tells. He know the guy was on a bigger hand, why he obviously folded. It was a good fold, but an even better read.

The pocket jacks only lose to 3 hands - pocket tens, Aces, or Kings. Pocket jacks on the other hand beat a ton of big hands - any 10 except pocket 10s (trips / lower full house), pocket Qs (straight), AK (two pair).....

Tough fold.

I'd like to see them with that hand to see if they have mental speed and reading in a wsop tournament, one hand can catapult you up

Seriously, from all the tough folds I've seen out their, I don't see how this should even be in that catagory. I've ran into enough hands like this online to know I'm beat.

Thats just me. :joyman:

Good fold there, but I wouldn't say great considering the texture of the board.

Wow, what a great fold. It would be so hard for me to get away from that. But, he'd been sitting with that guy for awhile so I can see how he could have seen that.

IcyBlueAce, it is a good fold. In a tournament aswell, 99% of people would have at least called, I know I would. If he'd have called it woulda been a good call, he made an excellent fold instead.

Guess I'm better than 99% of people.:D

Not saying it wasn't good, it just wasn't GREAT or the BEST.

Its certainly not an easy fold, perhaps not the greatest laydown ever, but I would guess that most would call if not raise.

Give me a break. Did you see Matusow's reaction ? And he is a PRO. I'm sorry, I have a hard time believing anyone would have folded there.

How could any of you guys discount that fold? Oh my goodness. Sure the big pf bet showed some sign of strength, but come on flopping a set and turning it into a full house, no way I lay that down.

Shove pre

If he shoved pre flop he would have been called i dont think the other guy would have folded pok. kk
I think it was a good lay down i have seen alot of donks online and at tables push with a straight in similar card layout
