So I'm looking at the amount of rake I'm paying to pokerstars on avg right now and it's a mind-boggling large number. Opened a full tilt account and set up rake back and all this went without a hitch.
However, I am pretty sure (not 100% but we'll say about 85%) that I opened an account with full tilt years ago (more than 5 years). I opened accounts with several pokersites at the time and I'm pretty sure FT was one of them.
I am sure that I never deposited or played with real money so because of this I'm pretty sure that they 1) don't have bank account info, 2) if they have address/phone number info it's all different now, 3) whatever email address they got is almost certainly not being used any more.
Maybe I should or shouldn't have done this but I did email FT (no phone #? wtf?) to try and get an answer to this and got back what looked like a form letter response saying "can't have 2 accounts blah blah" when what I asked was "I may have had another account but don't really know, can you help me figure this out?". So one strike for lousy customer support already meh.
Any advice? Even if I did have a second account I have no idea how they'd link it to my current one but I want to be absolutely sure there will be no issues before I start playing there.
