This experience was incredible. I really look forward to other like this!

One plays poker to maximize profits and when you believe you have the better hand it is fine to go for it. I learnt the hard way that villain can have some wonderful tricks up the sleeve; including playing possum!

Watch the action here!

The big question here is ...

Do you check after villain checks to you on the river? When would you not check?

Come BOOM our minds away!

Yeah, I would have played it almost the same way you did. Wouldn't have gone all-in on the river, just because 2 pair isn't (usually) one of my all-in hands for that many BBs. Just got trapped, that's all.

With no knowledge of how often the sb just calls preflop, I'll say this.
You are either way ahead or way behind on the river, if you've seen them complete most of their small blinds, I'd worry about being behind. Having said that, I'm a nit that gets rivered a lot :D

A very good example why one should not limp UTG an off-suit rag Ace.
Surprised it got all the way around to the blinds without being re-raised. That doesn't happen in any games I play.

No disrespect or mean intentions, I think this hand is a good learning experience.
