In case any of you are not aware of this rule.

If you have a new deposit through e-pisspoorservice.com on FT, you can NOT transfer money to any other player!

Are you sure it's not just while the transaction is pending? Or do you mean to say that you can never transfer funds, regardless?

If true, it's a new rule. I haven't deposited on FTP with my ePassporte account in several months, but the last time I did, I made transfers within a couple of weeks with no probems.

So, who is at actual fault here? Full Tilt or Epass?

Nope 90 days for any player to player transfer. Hint transfers of under $20 in over 24 hours work and fly under the radar. Any more than that and you get flagged and shut down completely. You can't even transfer existing freeroll or other winings!

FoolTit.com blames e-pisspoorservice.com for a potential charge back........

Hi all,
Are we talking player to player transfer within the full tilt poker software? If thats the case how can that be epassportes fault? The poker software and owners either allow player to player transfers or they dont, should be regardless of how you deposited, once your money is in your poker account what's the difference how you got it there, it's real money.

Am I missing something?

FT in it's explaination to me is that all deposits with newly established e-pisspoorservice accounts are prevent from making player to player transfers. They claimed it was some sort of concern over credit card charge backs for fraudlent credit card transactions. I guess FT is will ing to abosrb any charge back on any money I might loose but not willing to take a chance that anyone I transfer the money to will loose at the same rate. IMO it's a BS rule possibilty to stop people from combining small deposits to a new e-pisspoorservice accout and in effect reducing th total fees generated by e-pisspoorservice, perhaps written into their contract with e-pissportservice. Otherwise their reasoning seem circular at best.

My question of "if I deposit more by another method, would that amound be subject to the same "clearing" hold, had gone unanswered for quite a few days now.

If I hadn't already paid the transaction costs to e-pisspoorservice I would likely ask for a refend by check. As putting the money back on e-pisspoor and requestion a refund or spending the money on-line with their virtual card also carry additional fees.
