Im just wondering lets say over the course of 200k hands what bb/100 would you have to pull off to beat the rake without rakeback and is it realistic.

50nl is incredibly fishy so yes it is absolutely realisitic if you have some idea of what you are doing. Don't have any nl50 hands in my database anymore but i think the rake was quite a lot. For 6max i seem to remember it was something like 5BB (just to clarify bb = big blind, BB = big bet = 2 bb) so 10bb/100. But somebody that plays nl50 could give you a much more accurate idea. But it is an easy level to beat with hardly any remotely competent or active regs and tons of terrible casual players.

Yeah a lot of us made good money at 50nl and moved up. I think I ran overall at 4BB/100 between both 6max and FR off the top of my head. I played there for 60k hands.

+1. I played about 60k hands too before i got properly rolled to move up to 100nl. 50nl is most certainly beatable for a decent amount.

Who cares about cash games when you can randomly push buttons and win a tournament.

But yeah, it is beatable as people have said. ABC poker should yield a solid return. 200 NL and up is where it gets tougher I believe... but I have no experience in midstakes cash games.
