Which type play do you prefer and why?

Low stakes cash game. You've got good pockets. Do you try to play for a showdown for a possible big pot or try to push others out by raising?

I've heard several points of view on this topic.
Why do we bet?
1. To build the pot in case we win it
2. Deny our opponents equity
So the answer is both. Many variables play into proper bet sizing, the biggest being our opponents playing type.

Always raise. They will find a way to call.

it depends on so many factors. thats why poker is tough.

I want it as multiway as possible so there are more people who can potentially pay me out!

hello,I prefer holdem because I feel comfortable and a winner playing it and there are more players than in other modalities.

77’s or up I always bet, anything lower depends on chip stack and table.

NLHE above 100$ because the people play more seriously then in 2/4 cent games

Maximize profit

When you get a premium hand you have to try and maximize profit. Very few starting hands turn a profit over time.

The main thing you want to do is control the hand. You decide how many players you want in the hand and what you want the pot to be on each street.

Post flop play with big hands is where a lot of money is made or lost. Don't get married to those aces if you know you are beat.

Texas Hold'em is my favorite, but I haven't decided on the direction, cash games or tournaments. Tournaments attract me more because of the atmosphere, but at the tournament I have less chances because I am not a very experienced player.

i prefer to put all in before show cards, i. usually make it in beginning of tournaments or when i have more chips than others

That is the idea that everyone has when playing at one of those tables but there will be no lack of the one who is at a level of reading of hands and movements at the top table and will take advantage of that fear of losing

I like to twist my game up, sometimes loose and sometimes tight. but of course reading the cards and players to make my decisions wiser.

I like the Knockouts, you have to play it cool and have all the excitement of eliminating an opponent to win the prize by eliminating him.
It's a game of a lot of patience too, you can't be euphoric, so this is what I like the most.
And you can earn good money with Knockouts for eliminations.

depends on my opponents . usually i raise and bet heavy with premium hands of course . it also depends on your poistion
