Hi, this topic has been bugging me for a while but I haven't said anything about it. I visit several poker forums, and the hands posted in the analysis forums here are by far the worst I've seen. I really like this forum but I think some members need some help here.
First, read this. I know everyone ignores stickies, but this will clear up a lot of problems.

The problem with bad HH posts is not only will you get mediocre feedback, it probably indicates you are not thinking about decisions in the right way.
There are a lot of factors to consider, so be aware of them and post relevant information.
Among the more obvious/important:
1. stats on villain. VPIP/PFR obviously, as well as 3-bet %. If something else stands out, like a low fold to c-bet or high went to showdown, mention it.
2. reads on villain. Note: Stats are not reads. Reads are not stats. This relates to note-taking and general observation. Pay attention to how people play hands and take note at showdown, even if you're not in the hand.
3. Your image. This is really important and probably gets overlooked more than anything. Of course many players at micro limits are barely aware that you even have cards, but if you are super aggro and running the table over, even fish will notice that, because it annoys them.
4. History/game flow. There are a lot of lines that may look really bad in a vacuum but are ok or even good based on game flow and history.
