ill take a stab at the easy ones.
stop completing/calling raises in the sb. dont consider the blinds your money anymore once its in the pot. think of it as the price you pay to be dealt a round of
hands. you never win enough being OPP with the crap hands you're calling with to offset the times you dont hit monsters. even when you hit the flop hard you have to win a big pot to make it worth it. that means they have to have a big hand too. think about it, if everyone is limping in then how can they have a hand that they want to play for stacks with? maybe try limiting yourself to only playin hands if your gonna raise/3 bet and fold everything else.
call less often preflop. your callin just as many hands as your raising. either fold to raises with marginal hands or iso raise with good hands in position.
you could probs c bet a little more then 55%. dont play fit or fold.
you could probs steal blinds a little more too. if your table selecting properly then you should have some tight nits in the blinds when your on the BU.
are you playin 50nl? i dont think youll be winning consistently if you keep this up.
I hope this makes sense...
