I know most online poker players play in more than one table at once, normally from 5-10 i would say. I normally play 4-6 tables at once, the problem in this is that i lose track on the information about certain players.
I normally start winning small in a table and i start paying attention to that table. In that table i'll get how some players play, and i eventually take that in my advantage and i will start winning more on that table. Problem is, by focusing on that one table, i lose information on other tables, don't pay so much attention, and i eventually start losing 2 or 3 dollars(i play 100nl) on some of the other tables, and sometimes i make mistakes like going over the top with top pair and see the other guy turn an overpair, and these mistakes i probably wouldn't make if i actually paid more attention to these losing tables.
Anyways, does this happen to everyone or is there any way to make the multi tables thing more successful? I still win a couple dollars per session, that's why i don't drop to lower tables, but maybe i should, i don't know.
