Hate to plug my own software, but honestly Leak Buster is a good option. It's going to at least point out where your biggest leaks are coming from, and it will find stuff that will take coaches lots of hours to pinpoint (if at all). Not saying it's a replacement for coaching, just that it does a really good job.
Plus Leak Buster 4.0 is coming out pretty soon and it's going to have all new micro and level analysis. Secondary level deep analysis and a ton of stuff other new features. Pricing is also increasing when 4.0 comes out, so you can always try now and see if it's something you think benefits you.
The other option is post stats in forums will people will do some free analysis, and always post hands. Get some coaching from reputable coaches. There are some good approaches to take. I kill the stakes I play though, and I still use Leak Buster, simply because it honestly finds stuff I didn't really completely consider in my last 100k hands. Even simple stuff like I'm opening too many small suited aces from EP is good to be aware of (which it will only point out if I'm playing these poorly post flop).
GL!
