If it's top set with a rainbow & non-straighty board, I bet, but in pretty much any other scenario I check and re-assess after my opponent acts. Flopping bottom or even middle set in Omaha has the potential for disaster at anytime.

In this situation, there are many factors that influence your decision, but I would bet the same as the bank. In general, Omaha is a very interesting game and very unpredictable, it has many more options for playing than in Hold'em. But I most of all love Hold'em. I have a lot of friends who after they tried to play in Omaha, and continue to play in Omaha, Hold'em is no longer interesting.
