K 9 2 or similar dry boards facing check raise. If you hold KQ OR AK call and re assess on turn? Or just fold? Had similar situation earlier turn river went check check shoes a set

Usually opponents don't play sets strongly on the flop. However some do if they feel you are over-aggro on your betting. I feel your response should depend on the size of the raise versus your stack sizing. At a certain point if your hole cards aren't improving much moving forward, especially versus sets on a dry board, so you have to fold. It is very situation-specific.. but know that on a dry board you are drawing dead at about 2-7% versus a set.

Call flop if raise not bigger thant 3X. And fold to any size bet uninplroved on latter streets.

Or can call easaly with AK if raises all in on flop because usually recrational player wants to "protect" KX hands).

If you see that villain likes to bluff widen bit your call range.
