First off, the raise on the CO is fine, as a CO you have a wide opening range of hands, and KTs fits right in.
Flop: You have a gutshot and a backdoor flush draw so c-betting is rather fine, still you actually don't want anyone to call, so a 1/2 pot is a bad size, go for 70% pot raise (round 6BB) trying to make low pocket pairs fold as well as some week 9.
Turn: You got another spade so you now have straight and flush draws, and now it gets tricky, you can opt to raise and hope your opponent folds, but if you get re-raised you are in a tough spot to call. If you decide to check, you are hoping for a check behind, or a small raise which would make you go with a check-call line on the river as well.
In my opinion, I would opt for a check (unless you have some read on your opponent), hoping to hit flush, which would be quite disguised.
once you hit that 7 for a flush, raise for value is fine. That re-raise all in is kinda tricky... Your opponent basically says he hit the boat on the river, or maybe that he slow played a set of 9s or 3s on the flop. I don't think that a Ax of spades would call both the flop and the turn and also, I believe that QQ would re-raise you preflop.
I guess your opponent possibly has boats (total of 7 hand combinations that fit into the way he played) but it is a 50-50 decision. Personally, would probably still fold.
