Adjusting to loose passive live table

Scenario:
Live $1/2 NLHE cash game, small player pool, very passive preflop, loose ranges, lots of limping preflop with multiple limpers calling raises up to 6x preflop.

What adjustments do you make to your preflop range? And preflop raise sizing?

Tighten up your pre-flop range.
When you do play a hand - play it very aggressively.

Let's say stacks are all 100-200 BB 6max table, all players limped preflop and one player puts in a raise of 12 BB if we have, we believe a good hand, of course this ask 3bet, but usually if the game is built so not the first round, it begs the game using straddle and restraddle.
