I saw someone's screen shot and they used a traditional deck. I then began to wonder if they multi-tabled, and if so how they were able to do it without a 4 color. I then began to wonder if most of the people who say they can't multi-table use a traditional deck and that is the reason, or if they just can't make the decisions fast enough.

Does anybody here use a 2 color and multi-table?

Once I started using 4 colors I can't think of a reason to do otherwise. It is just simply a better choice.

Never used 4 color deck. Is it really that much better? How easy is it to get used to?

Better is kind of a relative term. If you're single tabling I don't think there's a huge advantage in a 4 color deck. However, if you multi table, the ability to tell suit at a glance without actually looking at the suit is invaluable. It's just one less thing you have to devote a lot of thought to, and the easier you make the information available the better off you are. As far as getting used to it, first hand and you will be used to it. Maybe third hand.

hi, I am new still, but saw you were here and wanted to ask if you play multi tables sized down or on different monitors. I don't like 4 color decks but only have 1 monitor

I recommend using a 4 color deck, it makes things much easier. I changed up the colors of everything else such as the back of the cards (i made this a very bright color). The reasoning for that is that it is easier and faster to recognize which and how many players are still in the hand. I also changed the background and table very neutral in color for the same reason.
It's really hard to tell how much it helps and even if it does at all. But one thing is for sure, it can't hurt.

Clubs are green and diamonds are blue, use a 4 colour deck and finish this poem with something that rhymes with blue.

I multitable (admittedly, only 4-6 tables) and I only use a two-colour deck. Call me a traditionalist. Never had any real problems reading my hands.

I see what you're getting at OP, but I'd be very surprised if simply not using a four-colour deck was what was holding anyone back from multitabling.
