Hi all. Had something happen in a satellite tournament on clubwpt.com that I cannot explain. Tourney was the WPT5D Classic where 1st place won a $13000 prize package to the tourney in Vegas. Approx. 2500 people entered this satellite. It was down to the final 3 tables and I had around 1/4 million chips and the chip leader over 3/4 million when the incident happened. UTG+1 min raised, I called and everyone else dropped out. I had QJs. The flop hit J-x-x rainbow. Opponent bet 2BBs and I wanted to make my move by going all in. I grabbed the slider with my mouse, moved it all the way to the right to go all in, hit the bet button and the message "Amount Exceeds Allowable Limit" popped up on the screen. Well, to be honest, my brain vapor locked. I couldn't fathom why this message was on the screen. So I figured I had somehow hit a wrong button. I grabbed the slider again and moved it to go all in. The same message pops up. By this time, I have wasted around 15-16 seconds. You only get 18 seconds to make your bet. I scrambled to make any bet, but I ran out of time and was folded out of the hand. This put me in a position chip wise where I was forced to go all in on a lesser hand and was knocked out 26th. Now, I'm not saying I would have won the hand, and I'm not saying that had I won the hand I would have won the tourney. I'm saying the opportunity to win was taken from me, either by a software glitch or worse, on purpose. I sent all this to Customer Service and, through several emails have been bascially told to FO in a way only a CS rep can do. Has anyone heard of this happening in a no limit game? I have spent the last 3 weeks doing everything I know how to duplicate this incident without success. Any help pointing me in the right direction to resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
