For a lack of not knowing where to put this thread /question , I decided to put it here .
Are there any that are members of Cards Chat that are members of the poker school on Poker Stars ?

I joined years ago , way before joining CC. So, long story short , I still participate on it.
They have various things for their members to do and this Question of the week is on right now .
I have been answering the questions in hopes of winning $T ( tourny $ )

So, the question this week they have it so that you can win $T and give $T to another member .
Being as I don't know any of the members in the Poker Stars School, if anyone here is a member - I will state that I wish to give someone here in CC the $T if I win . ( better then just picking one off their list )

Yes I joined pokerstars School. I did all the challenges until they made me deposit and then I flunked out!

I think they must have reset my progress recently so I will redo all the challenges again but this time I will be able to deposit!

For this particular thing - they allow you to Pick another member to give the $T to .

I joined CC and PSS at the same time (Dec 2018).

Recently, I tried to win the QotW twice. In both cases my contributions were selected as second best. Not bad at all! Unfortunately, 1st place gets T$25, while 2nd, 3rd and a few others get T$5 each. First place matters a lot here. Second is as good as 5th.

I am not sure whether I understand how the winner is decided, because I thought one of the recent winners was rather surprising. His post wasn't bad or something, but his tips were a repeat of what the other participants already said before him, and I thought that we should try to come up with more original answers. The point of this promotion is to share our knowledge/experience/ideas in order to learn from each other in the end. Right? Due to all these repeated answers, I think that most of the participants either don't care about the originality, or they don't read any of the other answers. If the jury selects winners with unoriginal answers, it looks like they promote this type of behavior. Perhaps a good strategy to win it will be to make a big post at the end, summarizing all of the good answers. Personally, I wouldn't vote for it, unless it includes at least 50% original content too.

It's a nice promotion, nevertheless. Maybe I'll try to win again, but I am not very optimistic. The consolation prize of T$5 is good, though.

I agree , I try to put some thought into my answers to , and so far it has gotten me no where . Sigh....

I answer questions from a germen team pro player. There are not so many answers. I already won one time and I really like the Scratch and Match. Do it almost every day.
