Why did you decide to play on your Poker room?

We all have our own reasons why we are playing on one particular Poker room(s). This topic is intended to learn from each other's experiences and perhaps even make a better judgement call on what is or would be the best Poker room for ourselves. To make things simple, answer the following questions:

- What is your Poker room(s)?
- What do you play mostly? (Example: $10 PLO 6-max or $5.50 NLHE MTT Rebuy)
- How did you get there?
- Why are you playing there (and not somewhere else)?

I pick from what is available in America. They need to send me a check.

- I mostly play on PokerStar!
- Texas Holdem, freerolls and Micros are my favorites, this is my comfort zone as I am still new to poker.
- I ran a google search while exploring the games I would potentially like to tap into. That's how I ended up here.
- I am still here because of the software, it is very user friendly!

Accepting US players was my deciding factor, Blackchip, Play freerolls and low stakes sit and goes. :bike:

party poker because of all the freerolls and promotions and also because I can have my winnings deposited for free directly in my canadian bank account in canadian funds (no exchange fees).

For online mostly ignition and ACR du2 being in the US and not the friendliest for online play. Pre 4/2011 I played Stars and PP and even Full Tilt and unibet. Looking forward to Stars again hopefully. For live games there's only some home games and 1 casino in my state with Poker, so I go there.

I really don't have a favourite online poker room,but I prefer those that have most freerolls and pokerstars is one of them.

10 NL. Sometimes 25 NL. Spin & Go Max.

Downloaded it a long time ago.

The software is still by far the best.

So many free tournaments and bonuses

I decide to play on PokerStars. Why? Because this room have biggest player pool on the world. More games, more players and probably and more weak players. Probably the best poker software ( i played on party poker, everest poker, fulltilt poker, unibet).

i play many poker rooms, because i don't want to choose only one, the main rooms are 888, PS, Party Poker

In my opinion, for beginners, the best site is 888. The main advantage of this site is a large number of freerolls and a good loyalty program for new players.

I decided to try 4 to start. 888, PS, Party, and ACR; because I could have choices and as I get better some sites may be better than others at different stages of learning. Right now in order, I play most 888 then Party then PS then ACR. ACR not now because of software updates and no freerolls, private tournaments, etc. Party I was playing almost none, but with their new changes they added .02, .04, .08, .11 options to win tickets to tournaments 11x the value .22, .44, .88, 1.10. So for me beginner that is lowest risk and easy to make profit even if ultra low stakes. 888 consistently has most freerolls and promotion freerolls and usually where I play most cash games. PS has daily CC freerolls that are great once you are member and best software for me.

I started to play poker thanks to TV shows of poker tournaments with the participation of pros. I played for a long time with the money of the faith and did not dare to play for real. But then, having won a certain amount of dollars in freerolls, I tried to go to ches tables. I didn’t like cash tables, and now I only play freerolls and tournaments.
