I play PokerStars, and only there!
I am a very conservative person, and I am not looking for something new, if everything suits me!
And I am satisfied PS, my game is not satisfied, and the room is super
Pokerstars has the better tournaments and the software is quality, with that tho the fields and late registrations are mental...
888 has great freebies but the software especially on mobile is dreadful
I prefer the PokerStars website. I like their software and the choice of tables for the game. I never had a problem starting their poker room. But with 888 this happened more than once. I had to reinstall 888 to go to the site.
I play on a PC, never on a mobile, and am completely agnostic about which site to use.
I am registered on five sites and play on whichever has interesting tournaments or good promotions at a given time.
I can't speak for rakeback, but I do have software preferences though. If I had to give you my personal verdict on each it would be as listed. As ever, please check them out for yourself and reach your own verdict based on your personal preferences.
good - established, reputable, KO sit&go, relatively slower blind levels for spin&go, HUD friendly
bad - huge tournament fields, long late registration
good - KO sit&go, sunday tournaments
bad - HUD restrictions, hand history export restrictions, random table position (moves me away from bottom centre)
good - many freerolls, nice reward system, low cost satellites, nice hand replayer, easy hand history export, HUD friendly
bad - tournament prizes seem lower than others, awful spin&go variant (automatic all-in after a set level), slower than average withdrawals
good -huge tournament prizes, big welcome bonus, daily leaderboards, responsive customer support
bad - undefined and punishing wagering requirements (to clear bonus), no HUDs, restricted hand history (randomised player names), very poor freeroll selection, very expensive satellites, no sit&gos, fast blind levels for spin&go variant
good - varied tournament selection, nice hand replayer, easy hand history export, clear bonus structure/wagering requirements
bad - poor freeroll selection, long late registration, annoying avatars!
I was also interested in this, so I followed other people's comments. Players generally have a good opinion of PokerStars. I am one of them now. I'm not saying others are worse, don't get me wrong. For now, I only play on PokerStars, I'm happy with it. If I start playing somewhere else, and I like it, I'll let you know.
I have an account in several poker rooms and among them I like PokerStars the most. Their lobby, table design, game offerings and support are the best.
This is my personal opinion, but probably also the opinion of most players, given the number of PokerStars members compared to other poker rooms.
